Each quarter I am proud to teach art classes at the Worcester Art Musuem. WAM has recently been recognized as one of the best art galleries in the country and their education department is top-notch. Pictured below is samples of some of the mediums I cover in my two-week painting classes. Each image was done quickly and along side the students. From left to right, top to bottom we covered *Pallet Knife painting in Acrylic, *Opaque “limited color” painting in Tempra, *Watercolor figure work, *Watercolor Landscapes, *Chalk on colored paper, *Conte Crayons, *Colored Pencils, *Pastels, *Mixed media, * Ink wash.
Not pictured is the countless pencil drawings and colors thumbnails we did before each effort. Lots of fun and I’m already looking forward to the next class.
